How do I track my order
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you do not receive your tracking information, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
.Have your order shipped to the billing address, make sure all information is accurate.
Please be aware that we cannot ship orders the same day that we receive them, so plan accordingly. Please also be aware that UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. For this reason, a Next Day Air package shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday. Please plan accordingly.
Return & Exchange Policy
How do I return an item?
Please follow the 4 simple steps below to return an item to us:
Re-package your Chiceo item in its original packaging with labels and tags intact along with a copy of your invoice.
Cover your address label with the chiceo label found on your invoice/receipt, alternatively do this by hand.
Return your package by using the Post Office using a Standard delivery method.
Return your package by the courier of your choice using a Standard delivery method.
Keep your receipt of postage safe as may need this for proof of postage.
Once we receive your item, we will be sure to refund you within 7 days.Due to our high volume of orders, we are unable to modify or cancel your order once it has been recieved. It cab be difficult to locate one package out of hundreds that are awaiting shipment
